How can I tell if I am a good candidate for this treatment?

What is the treatment like?
The treatment generally begins by using Intense Pulsed Light technology on the surface of the skin. This diminishes brown pigment and works to stimulated surface collagen that helps to smooth out the texture of the skin. This is followed by the use of Infrared Light technology to stimulate deep collagen growth resulting in plumper, younger looking skin. Finally, protruding veins are injected so that they will collapse.
When will I be able to return to my normal activities?
One hand is generally treated at each session for veins and requires the hand to be wrapped with an Ace bandage for 24 hours. Both hands are treated at the same time for pigment and skin rejuvenation.
What kind of results can be expected?
Pigment on the hands will diminish by at least thirty to fifty percent with two treatments. If one wishes to continue beyond two treatments for pigment using Intense Pulsed Light, it can be eradicated completely.
Veins are eradicated with one treatment in most cases with complete resolution in one month.
Are there any side effects?
There is a possibility for bruising. Brown pigment will get darker and flake off after treatment. |
